2005, in which
Scott Hatton &
Ryan Peters
sold for $1.00 the
deed which they
fraudulently obtained
from the Franklin, IN congregation over to General Headquarters General Trustees:
H. Rick Brenizer,
H. L. Cannon,
Walter G. Lofton,
Melvin C. McGriff, Sr.,
and David F. Risch.
Since Scott Hatton
and Ryan Peters
fraudulently obtained
the deed from the
local church in
Franklin in the first
place, by claiming,
under penalty of
perjury, that they had
a right to sign the
property over to
themselves, this
Quitclaim deed
transaction was not
legal and should
be returned to the
Franklin Church immediately.
